Intalex is an independent UK outdoor retailer based in Watford, Hertfordshire. We supply cyclists, campers, trail runners, and adventurers with reliable, performance-led gear from brands we believe in — sourced exclusively through authorised UK distributors and the brand owners themselves.

What we do

We make it easy to find genuine outdoor gear, backed by full UK warranty protection and proper customer service. Whether you're chasing a personal best on the trail, planning a weekend wild-camping trip, or upgrading the workshop, the products we stock are chosen for one reason: they perform.

Our range spans three core categories — Cycling, Camping, and Trails (hiking and trail running) — and we are continually adding new brand partnerships across the outdoor and adventure space.

How we source

Every product on intalex.co.uk is sourced through one of the following routes:

A direct trade account with the brand owner
An authorised UK distributor
A verified wholesaler with documented authorisation

We do not buy from grey market sources. We do not stock counterfeits. If we can't verify the supply chain, we don't list the product.

This matters because it means everything we sell comes with manufacturer-backed warranty, genuine product traceability, and the same after-sales support you'd get if you bought direct from the brand.
