Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) under these Terms. We will send an order confirmation by email. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods to you, not when you place the order. Until then, we may decline an order at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error).

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£)
Prices include any applicable taxes
Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider
We accept major credit and debit cards
We do not store your full card details on our systems

If we discover a pricing error after your order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Product information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on different screens. Pack sizes and contents may occasionally change at the manufacturer's discretion — where this happens we update product pages as soon as we are aware.

All products we sell are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors or brand owners. UK manufacturer warranties apply where offered.

Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy for the full process and exclusions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our products or website is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

All content on intalex.co.uk — logos, text, product images, layout, design — is owned by Intalex Retail Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
