Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Intalex is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to improve the accessibility and usability of intalex.co.uk for all visitors.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard where reasonably possible. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, or alternative keyboards.

What we do

To support accessibility, we:

  • Provide alternative text for product and content images

  • Use clear, descriptive headings and link text

  • Ensure colour contrast meets accessibility standards

  • Structure content with semantic HTML where possible

  • Test the site on a range of devices and assistive technologies

Our website is built on the Wix platform, which provides a foundation of accessibility features. Wix continues to develop its platform-wide accessibility support.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some older product images may lack detailed alternative text descriptions

  • Certain third-party embedded content may not fully meet WCAG standards

  • Some interactive elements may have inconsistent keyboard navigation

We review these issues regularly as part of our content updates.

Feedback

If you find any part of our website difficult to access or use, please let us know. Your feedback helps us identify areas to improve.

Email us at info@intalex.co.uk with:

  • The page or feature you had difficulty with

  • The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using (if relevant)

  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.
