Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and provide reliable delivery across the United Kingdom. This policy explains how shipping works at Intalex.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Highlands & Islands. We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day

  • We do not dispatch on UK public holidays

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way

Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but external factors (carrier issues, severe weather, public holidays) may cause occasional delays.

 

Tracking your order

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as we dispatch. You can use this to monitor delivery progress with our carriers (typically Royal Mail or DPD).

 

Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed (no one available to accept, incorrect address, etc.), our carrier will follow their standard process — usually leaving a calling card and arranging redelivery or pickup from a collection point.

 

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may charge for re-shipping. Please double-check delivery details before placing your order.

 

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is reported as delivered but missing, please contact us at info@intalex.co.uk within 48 hours of the reported delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Pre-orders and back-orders

Where a product is listed as available for pre-order or back-order, the product page will show the expected dispatch date. You will be charged at the point of order and dispatched as soon as stock is received.
